A leader is an expert director who directs all his followers with all capability. He does his leading  activities just according to the responsibility that  should be in a true leader.A good leader is he who  possesses all the adjectives which is found from the very word"leader''. A good leader refers to the expert and experienced person who leads and manages  his followers properly and wisely

The elaboration of the word "Leader" is explained here. 1.L=Liable. Liable means one that is liable or responsible. E=Efficient. Efficient stands for the person who is efficient. A= Achieving. Achieving means a man who achieves something in difficulties. D=Determined. It stands for the the human being who is determined to jump into any struggle. R=Reliable. It means one that the followers rely upon. So a leader possessing many a quality leads his followers in the proper management.

How a leader leads the followers applying all the characteristics he possesses: A good leader must have the common characteristics to make him the most acceptable and respectable  to the followers as well as the others in the society. The characteristics of the leader are liability,  efficiency, achievement, determination etc. He always tries to carry on leading applying all the characteristics he holds in his character. Everyone respects and honours him for the characteristics. Every follower is humbly polite and gentle to him.
