How we can define management: Management is to manage everything in the proper management. Management refers to the activities in which everything is managed in the best management in need of time any situation. It creates a new nice favourable environment to accomplish all  managerial duties controlled through fighting all the difficulties and obstructions. So it can be said that management is one kind of running the people under his control in the proper way as the service manual followed strictly.


Management  carries a great importance to conduct any kinds of business controlled and disciplined: Management has a great value for it's well performance. It is management which can be able to perform every work as it should bed done disciplined. Under the strong power of strict management  an extremely hard work can comfortably be done successfully. So it can strongly be said that an expert management is a great power which can nicely any job wel disciplined and controlled.

An expert house-holder can run the family with the strong management. A society is controlled by the strict management of the society-leader. Similarly a country can be well controlled and managed by the country leader under his expert performing management.
