Personality is the best human quality that brings in a great honour and respect to a man. It should be the most needed wealth to the man of good taste and choice. Personality is such a human quality that
makes the human character charming. The human character is in fact attracted with the presence of personality.

How we can define personality: Personality refers to the great virtue of the human character which makes the human being incomparably enlightening. It grows man's honour and dignity. Personality is the strongest power which lifts up the human being to the top level of prosperity. Personality means that a human being should possess the best knowledge of his own taste and choice that is naturally exercised by the rationality and the intellectualism he has.

Personality is carrying with a great importance and value to develop the human character: Personality is carrying a great importance and value to develop the human character as well as the society he is in . A human  personality is important as it distinguishes him from other individuals and inspires others to follow him as a leader. Personality development helps an individual to live with a positive attitude towards life and reduces stress. A person's emotional intelligence is related to his personality, and it contributes significantly to the level of success he achieves throughout his career. The  personality of a person is what helps him navigate through life. 
An individual who understands the personalities of his co-workers increases his chances of success at the work place as he relates with each individual according to their unique personalities. This makes him highly effective as he utilizes the strengths of his co-workers and minimizes conflicts, which endears him to others.  
The strength of one's personal relationships reflect his personality. An individual with a likable personality typically has strong personal relationships with his family and friends, while a person whose personality is intimidating is usually avoided by others.

To establish honour and respect  in the society the importance of personality: Personality is extremely important to bring in honour and dignity. Personality is respected and honoured by the others who are conscious about personality. Personality is respected by personality itself. It tells in explanation that only personality gets honoured by personality. Again impersonality is dishonoured by the feelings of personality. 

 Personality helps a man make decision personalized: Personality always helps a man make decision personalized. It brings in man's rationality of realizing the right things. Consequently a good decision can be made by him in need of time.
